2010 Irish KNN Knabstrupper Grading

The first Irish KNN Knabstrupper Grading took place at Clonshire EC, Co Limerick on 26th June.

The weather was glorious and all horses presented passed their grading with flying colours.

The KSGB runs a performance scheme for all Knabstruppers regardless of age. Points can be accrued from showing, show jumping, driving, dressage, hunter trials etc. At the end of each calendar year the points from that year are calculated and winning horses receive awards and rosettes, as well as being featured on this website and in the newsletter. to promote the Knabstrupper breed and facilitate communications between the Danish Mother Stud Book and the UK.

The Knabstrupper Society GB has been officially recognised as a Daughter Organisation by the Danish Mother Stud Book, the Knabstrupperforeningen for Danmark (KNN) and is the only organisation in the UK to have been awarded this status by the KNN. The Knabstrupper Society GB rules which have been drafted by the Board are based on the Mother Stud Book’s rules and are fully approved by the KNN.

The Knabstrupper Society GB has been formed to represent the interests of British Knabstrupper owners and breeders who wish to compete, breed, register and also grade their horses under the auspices of the KNN.
