2012 Membership Information

Memberships run for one year from the 1st January.

 

 

KSGB Membership types and benefits

  

The KSGB offer four types of membership:

 

  1. Full Member

The Full Membership is personal. It is open to owners of Knabstruppers that are eligible for grading or registration with the KSGB. It includes voting rights.

 

  1. Performance Scheme Member

Performance Scheme Membership is personal. It is open to owners of Knabstruppers that are eligible for grading or registration with the KSGB, and that would like to enter their horse in the performance scheme.

 

  1. Associate Member

The Associate Membership is personal. It is open to anyone with an interest in the Knabstrupper breed.

 

  1. Family Membership

Family Membership is a household membership. At least one Knabstrupper must be owned by the household. It includes one vote; the vote must be assigned to a named person.

 

Membership benefits include:

Access to gradings and youngstock assessments organised under the auspices of the KNN (Full or named Family member)

bullet

Free inclusion of stallion onto the breeding list of the KSGB and the KNN (if Full membership received by 15th January in the membership year; otherwise a fee of 300 DKK is payable direct to the KNN to include the stallion on the list)

bullet

UK voting rights (Full or named Family member)

bullet

Participation in the KSGB performance scheme (Full and Family, as well as Performance membership)

bullet

KSGB newsletter

bullet

KNN newsletter (hard copy in full colour)

bullet

Usage of the KNN and KSGB logo within the rules set down by the KNN and its recognised daughter organisation - non-members must not use the logo.
